About my Sessions

I offer nurturing and practical, heart-centered support.

Your first session begins a healing process opening a channel to unblock stuck, frozen energy. Reiki helps heal illness, unresolved emotions and revive energy. Regular, ongoing sessions continue the healing process, keeping the channel open, keeping you in alignment and balance emotionally, physically, and spiritually.

Each session is tailored to meet you and or your pets unique needs, with the tools that will best support you in your healing. In addition to Reiki and Intuitive Coaching, your session will also include energy balancing, intention setting and affirmations.
Virtual appointments are available for anyone, (person and pet) anywhere, regardless of distance.

​To begin I suggest having at least four sessions for a breakthrough in your healing.
Your first time it’s most beneficial to have a 90-minute session to discuss your concerns and goals and experience Reiki for the first time.
