About my Sessions

I offer nurturing and practical, heart-centered support.

Your first session begins a healing process opening a channel to unblock stuck, frozen energy. Reiki helps heal illness, unresolved emotions and revive energy. Regular, ongoing sessions continue the healing process, keeping the channel open, keeping you in alignment and balance emotionally, physically, and spiritually.

Each session is tailored to meet your unique needs with the tools that will best support you in your healing. For both in person and virtual sessions, in addition to Reiki and Intuitive Coaching, your session will also include energy balancing, intention setting, affirmations and crystals. 
Virtual appointments are available for anyone, regardless of distance.

In-person appointments take place in my healing space, located in the Inner Richmond in San Francisco.

​To begin I suggest having at least four sessions for a breakthrough in your healing. 
Your first time it’s most beneficial to have a 90-minute session to discuss your concerns and goals and experience Reiki for the first time. 

Please refrain from wearing perfume to your session.

45-min Distance Reiki session (person or pet) $135
1 hour Distance Reiki session (person or pet) $175
1 hour in person or distance Reiki & intuitive coaching session $175
1.5 hour in person or distance Reiki & intuitive coaching session $230

Payment is due at time of session. Cash, checks, Zelle and Venmo are accepted.
